Dee Douglas is the Litigation Partner of Lavery Haynes and jointed the firm at the end of 2006 after working in South London. Her caseload is split into different areas of law to provide an all round service to each of her clients.
She specialises in matrimonial and family matters, including Divorce, Matrimonial Orders, Injunctions and Contact/Residence applications in the County Court and High Court. She also undertakes general and commercial civil litigation cases and provides a personal service to the individual or to commercial clients experiencing minor or major disputes.
Dee also practices in all residential and commercial property transactions for the first time buyer to the commercial property investor, and provides a first class service to assist the novice or experienced buyer through the legal maze of buying, selling and assigning properties in a professional and competent manner.
Dee can advise and assist with Will drafting and administering estates, and provides professional yet sympathetic assistance when dealing with sensitive and emotional issues.
